Relational, Person-Centered, & Trauma-Informed
Dr. Molly C. Driessen (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of practice experience focusing on a broad range of areas pertaining to trauma, gender-based violence, sexual violence, life transitions and adjustments, anxiety, and depression. She anchors her practice in a relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, focusing on client strengths and goals. She predominantly works with young adults and adults across the lifespan and incorporates a variety of therapeutic methods and interventions into her practice, including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), among others. She works hard to earn the trust of clients and welcome them into a non-judgemental space, where they feel holistically heard and seen, in beginning this new therapeutic relationship and journey.
